Statewide Honor Awarded at Annual CSU Biotechnology Symposium
Alexander Burtea, a two-year scholar in Cal State Fullerton’s Howard Hughes Medical Institute grant program, is this year’s recipient of the California State University’s Glenn Nagel Undergraduate Student Research Award.
Burtea, who plans to graduate in May, received the award Jan. 5 at the CSU Biotechnology Symposium, sponsored by the CSU Program for Education in Research and Biotechnology (CSUPERB).
