The newest member of the California Congressional delegation, Representative Janice Hahn (D-Venice), was sworn in on Tuesday.  Hahn won the vacant 36^th district seat during a special June election.  The vacancy was created when Representative Jane Harman resigned in February to join the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
