World Wide Credit and Collections Internship | Southern California
Broadcasting network seeks a World Wide Credit and Collections Intern.
Intern will work closely with the world wide credit and collection team by assisting with professional support work assignments. Intern will also process accounting related information such as preparing cash applications and adjustments.
Other duties may include clerical work and assisting in preparing client profile validations. Intern will contribute to the accuracy and timely reporting of weekly and monthly A/R reports utilizing spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications. Other financial, clerical and accounting tasks are to be performed as assigned.
Required Skills:
*Knowledge of office procedures and practices
*Ability to evaluate, enter and verify data
*Capability to maintain files, records, and documentation
*Must be able to communicate effectively
*Ability to use computerized systems, various software applications and standard office equipment.
*Ability to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel
