Intern responsibilities will include reading and evaluating script, book, and article submissions; tracking international film and book markets; perusing magazines, blogs and other periodicals for movie ideas; assisting on writer/director/actor lists; general project research; and answering phones as needed.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for story telling, an ability to improvise, and a strong desire for a career in the feature film business. In addition to possessing charisma and common sense, you should have Mac computer skills, extensive experience in navigating the digital space, and a strong interest in and awareness of cultural trends.
This position is unpaid and candidates must be eligible to receive college credit. A commitment of two or three full days per week (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM) is required. Please do not apply if you cannot meet these requirements.
