    Drop Your HR Documents in the CSULB Dropbox

    The red CSULB dropbox is located outside Room 416 on the fourth floor of 401 Golden Shore for easy drop-off of benefits- and payroll-related documents that need to go to CSULB. HR Services will pick up the documents every afternoon by 3 p.m. For more information visit “A Great Place to Work.”

    HR Reminders: Benefits and TSA

    The CSULB Benefits’ & TSA Representative’s office is on the fourth floor of 401 Golden Shore, Room 416. On Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Nikco Moore will be there for any questions you may have. The room is also used for TSA meetings with Fidelity representatives. More information.

    Sharps Container Available Near Mailroom

    A sharps container has been installed near the mailroom on the first floor of 401 Golden Shore. The sharps container is available for safe disposal of hypodermic needles and other sharp medical instruments. For more information, contact Tony Covarrubias at ext. 4058.

    Heading Home to California on Route 66

    As “Get Fit on Route 66” participants head home to sunny Santa Monica, the top of the leaderboard shows Robin Webb of OGC in first place with team, “Exercise Excellence” holding on in the team competition. Congratulations to Lorena Martinez, Melanie Pearson and Jeff Whitney, the most recent raffle prize winners.

    September 4: Water in Pantries to Be Temporarily Turned Off

    CO employees working in the 401 Golden Shore building should be advised that the water will be turned off in the pantries on floors 2 through 6 (east and west) from 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4 through about 2 a.m. on Wednesday, September 5.
